    Требования: Higher education degree, preferably in HR/ Law • Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Relations Manager . • TCO/NCOC/KPO experience would be an added advantage. • Very good knowledge of ROK Labor legislation International industrial/employee/ labor relations standards • Ability to work without close supervision in a high pressure environment • Skilled in coaching leaders/ managers/ employees • Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English(spoken and written) • Proficient PC user of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Fluent Kazakh/ Russian, good written and oral English skills
    Потенциальные обязанности: To develop and implement and industrial/labor/employee relations program to effectively deal with problem resolution and performance issues. • Assist the Managing Director of Human Resources Project Manager and other Company’ Designated Person in the development of policies and procedures applicable to the industrial relations / human resource needs of the Company. • To ensure that industrial relations / labor relations are performed in compliance with Labor legislation.Developing and implementing internal industrial relations / labor policies & regulations; • In collaboration with Legal department, interprets State regulations and Company policies and procedures, in the area of industrial/ labor relations. • Providing guidance to managers, supervisors and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to labor/ industrial relations matters. • Settlement, resolution of industrial /labor disputes, complaints, preventing any risk of strike; • Monitoring personnel discipline and work behavior, and signal to Line Management & central HR on any violations or misconduct; • Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and meditation techniques; • Liaison with relevant governmental departments (Akimat, Migration Police, Prosecutor Office and etc); • Recommends and works, in conjunction with HR & Corporate University, on the development and initiation of training programs on industrial/ employee relations and other organizational development initiatives. • Advises and assist in developing, planning, directing and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the industrial/employee relations function. • Manages and oversees the Company’s performance evaluation process (initial probation process and annual evaluations), including recommendations for process improvement as well as implementation. • Managing grievance procedures; • Preparing paperwork related to industrial/labor relations assignments: maintain annual, sick leave records, onboarding, off-boarding, termination, transfers and etc; • Serves on various Company committees as appointed. • Perform all other duties as assigned such as: ensuring complete settlements of resigned, dismissed employees and etc;
